These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pub202 ("pub202", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pub202.club ("Platform", "Site", "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any Services offered by pub202 — including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, bingo, esports betting, fishing games, slot games, and any promotional features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any other policies published on pub202.club including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting pub202 Customer Support. Continued use of pub202 after the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

To register and maintain an account on pub202, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. This age restriction applies pursuant to applicable Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced. pub202 will verify your age as part of the KYC process before approving your first withdrawal.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons under legal disability or who have been declared legally incapacitated may not register.
3. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order from pub202 or from any Philippine gaming regulatory body, including PAGCOR's exclusion lists. Attempting to circumvent an active self-exclusion order is a material breach of these Terms.
4. Authorized Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. pub202 does not offer services to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. You are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
5. Not Employed by pub202: Current employees, contractors, directors, officers, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold active Player accounts on pub202 for real-money gaming.

4.1 Registration Requirements

To create an account on pub202, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must create a unique username and a secure password meeting pub202's minimum complexity requirements.

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and corresponds to your actual personal details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active pub202 account. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identifying information — is strictly prohibited. Where pub202 identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, consolidate balances at its discretion, and void any bonuses or promotional credits associated with duplicate accounts.

4.3 KYC Verification

pub202 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all accounts prior to processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances required by Philippine gaming regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to submit:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, voter's ID, or equivalent);
• A photograph or selfie taken at the time of submission for liveness verification;
• Proof of Philippine mobile number ownership;
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., GCash account matching registered name);
• Source of funds documentation where required for AML compliance.

Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period specified by pub202 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in certain circumstances, account closure. pub202 will not penalize Players for reasonable delays in submitting documentation but cannot process withdrawals until verification is complete.

4.4 Account Ownership

Your pub202 account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, pledge, or otherwise encumber your account or any rights therein. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will render the account subject to immediate closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pub202 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes or OTPs associated with your account.

pub202 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password not shared with any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication via your registered Philippine mobile number;
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including anyone claiming to be a pub202 employee (pub202 staff will never request your password);
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when accessing pub202 from a shared or public device;
• Report any suspected unauthorized access to your account to pub202 Customer Support immediately.

pub202 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. In the event of suspected unauthorized access, pub202 may temporarily freeze your account pending investigation.

6.1 Deposits

pub202 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and other payment channels as may be available from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. pub202 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts and available payment channels with reasonable notice.

All funds deposited into your pub202 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. pub202 will not accept deposits made using payment accounts or cards registered to third parties. Deposits identified as originating from third-party payment sources will be returned and may trigger an AML review.

6.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount at pub202 is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed in PHP to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, or to a verified payment account in the Player's name. pub202 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees which are outside pub202's control.

Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification. pub202 targets processing GCash and Maya withdrawals within ten (10) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) hours depending on the receiving financial institution. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

6.3 Currency

All transactions on pub202 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). pub202 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. All game results, bonuses, and promotional amounts are calculated and settled in PHP.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering

pub202 complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and regulations issued by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). pub202 may request documentation evidencing the source of funds for deposits or patterns of transactions that trigger AML review thresholds. Suspicious transactions may be reported to AMLC in accordance with pub202's legal obligations, without prior notice to the Player.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

pub202 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback amounts, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to Players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the pub202 promotions page at the time the offer is available. The terms of each specific offer govern in addition to these general Terms.

Players are solely responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of each promotion before claiming it. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of its specific terms. If you do not wish to be subject to bonus wagering requirements, you may choose not to claim the offer.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Most pub202 bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20×, 30×). The wagering requirement must be met using real-money funds and/or bonus funds as specified in the offer terms before the bonus is converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering on certain game types (e.g., Tie bets in baccarat, certain high-variance side bets) may not contribute to wagering requirements or may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in individual offer terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

pub202 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold related winnings, and close accounts where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: exploiting a promotional offer in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose; creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer multiple times; using wagering patterns designed solely to satisfy requirements with minimal risk (e.g., placing equal and opposite bets); or colluding with other Players to abuse promotional structures.

7.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

pub202 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable prior notice. Where a promotion is terminated prior to a Player completing applicable wagering requirements, pub202 will act reasonably in determining whether to honour partial progress or refund the deposited portion of any associated deposit.

8.1 Game Rules

Each game available on pub202 is subject to its own specific rules displayed within the game interface or the game information pages on the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. pub202 is not responsible for losses resulting from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

8.2 RNG Certification

All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on pub202 use certified RNG systems that produce statistically random outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are as published in individual game information pages. Live dealer games use real physical equipment operated by human dealers in controlled studio environments; outcomes are not computer-generated.

8.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, communications failure, or software error that affects a game outcome or wager settlement, pub202 reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to Players. pub202 will make reasonable efforts to resolve malfunctions promptly and to communicate outcomes to affected Players. Void wagers will be refunded to the Player's account balance without deduction.

8.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and may vary by game type, table, and Player VIP tier. pub202 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time with reasonable notice. Bets placed in excess of applicable maximum limits may be adjusted or voided at pub202's discretion.

8.5 Disconnection During Live Games

In the event of a disconnection during an active live game session, bet positions are preserved by pub202's servers. Players should reconnect and rejoin the table to view the result. If a round result was not recorded due to a server-side failure, pub202 will investigate and, where appropriate, apply the correct settlement. Players experiencing persistent disconnection issues should contact pub202 Customer Support.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pub202 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of account balances without further notice:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information; submitting forged or altered identity documents; misrepresenting your age, identity, or eligibility.
• Unauthorized Account Access: Accessing another Player's account without authorization; assisting another person to circumvent pub202's security systems.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or other competitive formats; chip-dumping; match-fixing in sports or esports markets.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in place of genuine human interaction without explicit prior authorization from pub202.
• Money Laundering: Using pub202 as a vehicle for the conversion, concealment, or movement of funds derived from illegal activities. pub202 will report suspected money laundering to the AMLC without notice to the Player.
• Bonus Abuse: As defined in Section 7.3 of these Terms.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks through GCash, Maya, a bank, or any other payment provider for funds legitimately deposited into your pub202 account. Fraudulent chargebacks will be referred to Philippine law enforcement.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or malfunctions to obtain an unfair advantage. Winnings derived from exploited errors will be voided.
• Underage Access: Registering or using a pub202 account while under 21 years of age; assisting or facilitating underage access to pub202.

10.1 Age Restriction

The minimum age for accessing pub202 is 21 years. This restriction is enforced through age verification at registration and through KYC identity checks. pub202 does not permit any form of gaming, including free-play modes, to persons under 21 years of age.

10.2 Responsible Gaming Tools

The following tools are available to all pub202 account holders directly from the account dashboard:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pub202 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any pub202 content without prior written consent;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any pub202 software;
• Creating derivative works based on pub202 content;
• Using pub202's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of pub202's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law. pub202 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pub202, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pub202 Platform;
• Loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill resulting from Platform downtime, technical malfunction, or force majeure events;
• Any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate account security;
• Any actions of third-party service providers, including payment processors, game providers, or technology partners, that are outside pub202's direct control;
• Any losses resulting from your reliance on information or content published on the Platform that was accurate at the time of publication but has since changed.

In no event shall pub202's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms exceed the total amount you deposited on the pub202 Platform in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits pub202's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death, or personal injury arising from pub202's own acts or omissions where such limitation would be unlawful under Philippine law.

13.1 Suspension by pub202

pub202 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where suspension is required for regulatory compliance purposes.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, pub202 will notify you of the suspension and the general nature of the investigation via your registered email address or mobile number as soon as reasonably practicable, subject to any legal restrictions on disclosure.

13.2 Balance Treatment on Closure

Where an account is closed by pub202 due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be dealt with as follows:

• Where the account is closed due to fraud, prohibited conduct, or AML grounds, the balance may be forfeited and may be held pending investigation or legal proceedings;
• Where the account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., pub202 ceasing to offer services in a jurisdiction), the real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period;
• Bonus balances are non-withdrawable and will be removed upon account closure regardless of reason.

13.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your pub202 account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed. After account closure, access to the Platform and account history is no longer available. If you close your account for responsible gaming reasons, please inform Customer Support so that appropriate self-exclusion measures can be applied.

pub202 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Player — pub202 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via:

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.2 Regulatory Oversight

pub202 operates within the Philippine gaming regulatory framework overseen by PAGCOR. Regulatory complaints relating to pub202's compliance with gaming regulations may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

15.3 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and pub202 relating to your account, a game outcome, a transaction, or the application of these Terms, you should first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting pub202 Customer Support. pub202 will endeavour to investigate and respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through Customer Support, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to pub202's compliance team via the designated dispute resolution process described in the FAQ section of this Site. pub202 will provide a final written response within thirty (30) days of receiving a formal escalated complaint.

15.4 Jurisdiction

Where a dispute is not resolved through the above process and legal proceedings are necessary, both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines with competent jurisdiction over the subject matter of the dispute.
